Built on hard work, straight answers, and a promise kept.
Before I ever bought a house from a homeowner, I was working in the oilfields of Alaska. It was hard, honest work the kind that teaches you the value of a straight answer and a promise kept.
A promise kept isn't just a phrase to us it's how we run our business every single day.
When I eventually made my way down to Pensacola, I fell in love with this area immediately. The Gulf Coast became home, and I knew I wanted to build something here.
As I got into real estate, I saw a side of the industry that didn't sit right with me. Too many agents and investors were burying details in fine print, lowballing people, or disappearing when a deal got complicated. If you were dealing with an inherited property, a foreclosure, or a house that needed more work than you could afford, it felt like everyone was trying to take advantage instead of helping.
I started Samaritan Home Buyers because I believed there was a better way one built on honesty instead of pressure, and real help instead of a sales pitch.
I chose the name "Samaritan" on purpose. When homeowners call us, they aren't talking to someone looking for an angle. They're talking to someone who genuinely wants to help them navigate a hard situation with less stress and more dignity.
If you're dealing with a property that feels like a burden, I understand. My goal is simple: give you a fair, honest offer, explain exactly how the process works, and let you decide what's right for you no games, no pressure.
Every homeowner who reaches out to us is going through something. Maybe it's a house you inherited and don't know what to do with. Maybe it's a property that's become too much to keep up with, or a situation that's just plain hard to talk about. Whatever it is, I've learned one thing above all else: people in tough spots don't need another salesperson. They need someone who will actually listen.
That's the value we build everything around here — empathy. Before we ever talk numbers, we want to understand your situation. Not because it's good business (though it is), but because it's the right way to treat people. Nobody ends up needing to sell a house fast because everything in life is going great. We know that, and we never forget it.
That's why, if we sit down with you and your house is in great shape — the kind that would do well on the open market — we'll tell you. Even if it means you don't sell to us. We'd rather earn your trust than earn a deal that isn't right for you. It's also why, when we do buy your home, we cover up to $1,500 of your moving costs.
Selling a house is stressful enough without worrying about how you're going to afford the move to your next chapter. That's not a gimmick — it's just us trying to make one part of a hard process a little easier. We don't know exactly what you're dealing with right now. But we do know this: you deserve to be treated like a person, not a lead. That's why we do this. We're committed to making every homeowner's experience simple and stress-free.
We buy houses across Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Okaloosa counties in Florida and Mobile and Baldwin counties in Alabama including
